Before you decide
Do I need to know how to code?
No. VELOUR runs in your browser. You answer questions, edit text and click buttons. If you can fill in a form, you can use it.
Do I need a business idea?
No. That is the point. You tell VELOUR your background and what people ask you for, and it shows you three realistic opportunities to choose from.
Can I create both a service and a digital product?
Yes. Both pathways are included in the one purchase, and you can do them in either order.
Does VELOUR guarantee income?
No. VELOUR gives you a ready-to-offer service, a customizable product, a test price and the messages to put them in front of real people. Whether people buy is something you find out by making the offer, which the seven-day plan walks you through.
Is this a course?
No. There are no videos to watch or lessons to complete. It is a self-guided studio where you build something and leave with the files.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The Studio works on phones and tablets. For editing longer documents and printing to PDF, a laptop is more comfortable.
What happens after purchase?
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Straight after paying you land in your Studio, and we email you a sign-in link for other devices. No password: whenever you come back, enter the email you paid with and we send a fresh link. Your work is saved in your browser; download your PDFs and a backup before you leave.
Can I get a refund?
No. VELOUR is a digital product and you get full access the moment you pay, so all sales are final. The one exception: if you have paid and cannot open the Studio within 7 days, email us and we fix it or refund you. Full details in the Refund Policy.
Is Charlen Nexus included?
No. Charlen Nexus is a separate live-building community with its own membership. VELOUR is a standalone product. At the end of the Studio you can read about Nexus if you want a next step.
